My sister found this signboard very confusing so she snapped a photo of it. This signboard was found at the parking slot outside the coffeeshop compound. What do you think? Do you understand what it means? Funny? Hillarious? Confusing?
Ya, I’m curious of his English and Chinese. He should regret of adding “exclude customer” but should be “customers excluded” on the signboard. And according to the law, although this is a private parking lots, but if belongs to government they also can collect parking fees??? Hmm, I got to refer back to my law…haha (just kidding)^^

It sounds funny because customers are categorised as outsiders too. That's mean customers need to pay RM20 to park there?
