Tonight was my first attempt of making mantou. They turned out to be not too bad. I added some pandan paste and coffee emulco into the plain mantou to make them more attractive and mouth-watering (do you think so? :p)
Ingredients: Pau flour, instant yeast, sugar, shortening, pandan paste and chocolate emulco
Pandan mantou: Before steaming
Pandan mantou: After steaming
Pandan mantou: Spread with some butter and sugar(yum.. yum...yummy!!)
