Simple and yet delicious cornflake cookies

Actually I didn't have any intention to make cookies for cny this year. However, didn't know why this cornflakes cookies suddenly got into my mind yesterday afternoon after chatting with my friend. So straight after work yesterday, I went to buy the ingredients. I started to make them after my dinner and finished baking in less than 2 hours. I gave away some to my cousins. Here is the outcome of my cookies. Have a look.. Do they make your saliva drooling? If you want the recipe, don't hesistate to ask me. :)

Are you ready?

Chinese New Year is around the corner. Have you bought anything for CNY yet such as food, mandarin oranges, clothes and etc? How about your spring cleaning? I found it quite hard to find a nice piece of clothes as the fashion nowadays is too trendy for my liking. So I think I'd go for a pair a jeans and T-shirt for this coming CNY. For the cakes.. Hmm.. still thinking what cakes to bake - Coffee cake, Horlick Cake, Cheesecake, Kaya Cake and etc. It seems like every year we are making the same cakes. Any recommendations? Please recommend something affordable due to economic crisis. What to do?? Everything Naik Harga.. Take for example, Golden Churn butter, it used to cost RM3.85 per bar and now it costs RM6.30 per bar. Anyway, life still goes on.

Stomach pain

I've been unwell lately. It started during my two weeks holiday. I went to see the doctors for three times already. There is excessive acid in my stomach. I thought it was cause by the apple cider vinegar that I drank few weeks back. But I was wrong. The doctor said that the apple cider vinegar was not the cause of it because it becomes alkaline when it reaches our stomach. The main cause was because of irregular meals pattern. When I eat. I eat a lot. When I don't eat then I don't eat. So gals, please eat regular meals everyday. Don't skip breakfast or lunch and then eat a lot for dinner. It's not good for long term. Take care. It's 25th Dec today

I went to the church today - 8am mass. Quite a lot of people attended it today. But there were more people attended Christmas Eve mass last night. After the mass, I visited some Melanau's friends. They served us with variety of food. All you can eat. Have a look at the food served...

Gathering

I went out with a group of friends last Friday for a small gathering at Full House. Ms Fayrene just came back from Miri so we went out to meet her. We joked whole night. As I reached home, I realized that we didn't take any photo. So I got an idea... Look below pls... Cute? Hehe...

Breakfast..

After the church, I went to Sing Kwong doing some shopping. I was very hungry at that time as it was nearly 11 am and I hadn't taken my breakfast. So suddenly an idea came across my mind.. HAMBURGER. Ya, I was thinking of making hamburgers. So I bought some ingredients for making the burgers - beef slices, cabbages, lettuces, cheese and some buns. Let's have a look at my hamburger.
